Heavy Duty Foam Board

Featuring MightyCore and Ryno Foam Boards

Our Heavy Duty Foam Boards are 1/4" and 1/2" thick. They feature a denser polystyrene core with SBS paper board surfaces. SBS is the same material used to make lightweight packaging such as toothpaste boxes and more. The SBS is stronger than the coated papers to make standard foam board and resists dents and warping better than standard foam board. We recommend MightyCore for cold mounting and direct printing as it has a coated surface and recommend Ryno board for heat activated applications as the SBS surface is slightly thicker on Ryno Board. Heavy Duty foam boards are available with and without adhesive, as pouch board and may be special cut to your requirements. They are available in all black and white boards.
