Our goal is your satisfaction. If there are issues with shipping or product performance we want to resolve these as quickly as possible.

Mounting Boards
We stock a wide range of types and sizes of mounting boards for quick
shipping. Sizes up to 32"x40" are double-boxed to ship via UPS. Key Products include:

Shipping
We ship via UPS, Fedex and Truck Freight. Charges, if applicable, are added to your invoice. We can also ship using your shipping accounts. Charges are for standard delivery. Oversize items may be additional charge. Truck freight is quoted for your approval before shipping. Expedited services are available.

Artgrafix Return Policy
Shipping - Please inspect all shipments on arrival for quantities and damage
Damage - In case of shipping damage, please call us at 800-443-4421 within 24 hours of receipt.
IMPORTANT - For truck shipments, note damage on the Bill of Lading before shipper leaves (Failure to do so may limit your Claim) and ask driver for an OS&D reference number from the driver. For UPS/Fedex, if the damage is severe and not salvagable, you may refuse the shipment. In all cases, do not dispose of the damaged goods as the Carrier has the right to inspect the shipment. Please take cell-phone pictures of the damage and BOL and send to 'service@artgrafix.net'. We will file claims and send take appropriate steps (credit, reship or other actions) to resolve.
Short Shipment - If you did not receive your full order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so we can follow-up with shipping and carriers (sometimes multiple items can get separated during shipment). Please note Claims are to be filed with carriers within 7 days. For order entry/packing errors, we will reship and coordinate the return of those items.
Warranty Claims
If you believe your product is defective, please all us at 800.443.4421 or email us at service@artgrafix.net. We can help to determine if the product may be defective and get the manufacturer involved. We want to resolve these issues quickly and may need to recommend another alternative to have you complete your job.
If defective, you will need to supply us a picture of the product label or equipment tag (to communicate the lot/serial number to the factory) and a picture of the defect if appropriate. You may also have to send a sample of the defect to the factory as well (we will supply shipping info).
Manufacturers have their time limits on Warranty issues. If you have a question on a Warranty, please contact us.
General Returns
If you want to return an item you no longer need or ordered in error, we accept returns within 45 days or shipment. This does not apply to equipment or special sized items. The item must be the quantity ordered, in its' original packaging in saleable condition and overpacked as originally sent.
Please phone us at 800-443-4421 (toll-free) to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any item. Failure to do so may limit your credit.
All supply returns, other than for damaged or waranty issues, must be returned to us freight prepaid. For UPS returns, if you would like us to schedule a pick-up, we will issue a call tag and have your merchandise picked up ($20 UPS pick-up fee plus return shipment costs will be deducted from your credit). All returned may be subject a restocking fee of 15%.
